"The Avengers" Los Angeles Premiere

Hollywood was buzzing with excitement on Wednesday as some of the movie industry's biggest stars descended upon the El Capitan Theatre for the Los Angeles premiere of Marvel's The Avengers!

Robert Downey Jr., being not too dissimilar from his playboy character Tony Stark, arrived on the red carpet in a one-of-a-kind Acura NSX roadster; the same one that was used in the film.

The rest of the cast looked smashing with Scarlett Johansson in a simple, strapless black dress (the jury is still out on the odd-shaped, reverse plunge neckline), both Chrises in three-piece suits and Samuel L. Mothaf*ckin' Jackson in a white sport coat and hat.

Mr. Stan Lee himself was also there, enjoying the festive atmosphere, along with a slightly out of place Richard Grieco (has this guy even done anything recently?)
