Part of being an artist is never being able to know what perfection is. We all have an idea of what it might be like and we all strive for it, but once we've reached what we think is perfection, we quickly realize that there is still room for improvement. One person who has come close to achieving perfection is Jiro, the main subject of an amazing documentary called
